CSR Policy

From this perspective, MULTINFORMATICA PRINCIPADO, S.L. declares that its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) system is a priority part of its business strategy and, consequently, approves the following guidelines:

  • Commitment to respect universal rights and principles, as well as the general principles of CSR management. No use or acceptance of child labor, forced labor, or discriminatory practices based on attributes of race, caste, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, participation in unions, political affiliation, or age when hiring, compensating, training, promoting, dismissing, or retiring employees. The company will not use or support the use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal abuse towards or among its employees.
  • Ensuring the payment of wages, detailing salaries and benefits to employees, always complying with legally established minimums.
  • Commitment to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, reference standard requirements, and other requirements that the organization subscribes to in the field of social responsibility.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of the Corporate Social Responsibility System.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of our environmental performance, identifying the impacts that our organization may have on the environment to prevent and mitigate their consequences by making rational use of resources such as water and energy, effectively managing our waste, promoting recycling, and raising awareness among our stakeholders to achieve the proposed environmental objectives.
  • Communication with authorities, local communities, and the public will be transparent, allowing knowledge of the real effects of operations and CSR policies, and responding positively to legitimate demands for information.
  • Raising awareness and providing training and resources to our employees to actively collaborate in this cause.

The active application of these principles requires the support of both management and the entire staff, as well as stakeholders.
