Communication to suppliers

At MULTI-INFORMATICA PRINCIPADO, S.L. (SR7®), we consider the capability of our suppliers crucial for meeting and ensuring the quality of our products and/or service delivery, as well as managing our activities appropriately and environmentally responsibly.

To ensure compliance with all applicable requirements and, in particular, to guarantee customer satisfaction, we have implemented a quality and environmental management system, based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001 standards.

Within our quality and environmental management system we have an internal procedure for selecting, evaluating, controlling, and re-evaluating our suppliers.

Annually, the Management, together with the Quality Manager, assesses incidents from each supplier and re-evaluates suppliers based on the severity and recurrence of these incidents.

If any incident is considered severe and/or directly affects our product and customer satisfaction, MULTI-INFORMATICA PRINCIPADO, S.L. (SR7®) may decide to de-homologate the supplier and/or subject them to a trial period.

In the event of any such circumstances, you will be notified through established channels, which may include written communication, email, meetings, etc.
